The class action lawsuit alleges that Ross Stores, Inc. willfully violated a federal law by printing credit card expiration dates on receipts it provided to its credit card using customers from December 4, 2006 to February 21, 2007.
You are a Class Member if you are a consumer who made a credit card purchase from December 4, 2006 to February 21, 2007 at the Ross store located at 1400 Lincoln Boulevard, in Venice, California, and were provided with an electronically-printed receipt.
If you are a Class Member, you have the following two choices: (1) You can remain a part of the Class, or (2) You can exclude yourself from the Class.
You do NOT need to do anything in order to remain in the Class.
To exclude yourself from the lawsuit, you must complete and return a Request For Exclusion form, postmarked no later than April 11, 2008.
